Dated bungalow to perfect family home extension
Our customers wanted to extend and renovate their dated bungalow to make it work for them and their small children.
Project 01
The layout wasn't ideal, they didn’t have enough space and it was in need of updating. We worked with the family to reconfigure the layout so it suited family life. We helped them navigate the process of obtaining planning permission and worked with their architect to give them options for their budget.
This family started with a dated bungalow that had small dark rooms, one bathroom and an awkward kitchen. When we’d finished the project they were left with 4 large bedrooms, family bathroom and an ensuite, a light airy kitchen and plenty of space for their family to enjoy as they grow.

Project 02
Our long-term customer is the owner of several care homes, we carry out regular maintenance as and when our customer needs. In 2024 we began renovating one of the homes, taking care to plan each day so the residents remained happy and settled.
Our team enjoyed the task of making the home a nicer place for the people who live there and we look forward to returning for maintenance work and for more renovations later this year.

Project 03
We were so happy to be asked to quote for this job. We love the fact that as your family grows you can adapt your house to suit. Sometimes there’s a lot of problem solving involved in the builds to make them work not only practically and aesthetically, but also in line with building regulations. When designing windows and staircases there are a lot of factors coming into play and it’s a good feeling when we can make it work and a family can continue making memories in their home instead of moving house to gain more space.

Low maintenance garden for rental property.
If you have a large portfolio of rental properties a low maintenance garden is not only a great selling point but one less thing to worry about with regards to maintenance. This project required us to source great quality artificial grass, keep the visual aesthetic of the light airy decor and clean lines that was running through the house and finish the project on or before the moving in deadline. We’re happy to say it was a success and we were very pleased with the result.
